Hello, my name is Lydia, and I am a licensed massage therapist with 3+ years of experience. I am passionate about the transformative benefits of massage for both the mind and body.

 

My approach typically combines therapeutic and deep tissue techniques with elements of relaxation, ensuring each session is tailored to meet the unique needs of every client. I have extensive experience treating chronic pain, scoliosis, TMJ, headaches, impaired mobility, athletic recovery, and more!

I will graduate with my Doctorate in Physical Therapy in May 2025 and will be sitting fot the licensing exam at the end of July 2025. I am eager to expand my skill set and offer a broader range of services to better serve my clients. Once a licensed physical therapist, I plan to provide both mobile massage and physical therapy services, as it is a passion of mine and allows me to bring care directly to those who need it.
